At Sinocore Bio, we are committed to providing high-purity research peptides and laboratory materials to the scientific community. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges carefully.

1. Research-Use-Only & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the strict chemical nature, temperature sensitivity, and stringent quality control requirements of laboratory research peptides, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any opened, unsealed, or used products.

  • Items classified as custom peptide synthesis, clearance stock, or items marked as final sale are strictly non-returnable.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping. However, if your package arrives physically damaged or contains incorrect items due to our error, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirements: Please send clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the damaged/incorrect products to our support email at [email protected]

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit/refund at our discretion.

3. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If an exception is approved and a refund is granted:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

4. International Shipping & Customs Notice

Sinocore Bio ships globally for laboratory and research purposes.

  • It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the ordered products comply with local customs regulations and import laws.

  • We do not issue refunds or take responsibility for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs or regulatory authorities in the destination country.
